Day Four. 666 Method

Arms. My favorite part of a workout. Why? Because arms are the definition of how hard you worked for everyone else to see. Unless you're a female, the first part a person will notice on another whether he is in shape or not are the arms. The 666 Method does do a good workout on them. If I'm honest though, it is a bit vague arm workout; not to say it's not intense but.. it works too many groups in one day. Not concentrated enough. I'd prefer to spend at least 40 - 60 minutes on a arm muscle alone if I could. Especially biceps. I am getting the feeling the 666 method is a routine to gain overall body results in a fast period. I guess fine tuning parts to your certain liking is upon the person. Which it should be. Today I blew through my workout with absolutely no hitches at all. All the sets, all my cardio done and it felt great. Today was a good workout. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to SEMA with my friend Marc in Las Vegas, Nevada. Can't wait for the booth babes. :P

Day Three. 666 Method

So today I pretty much did all Cardio today. The 666 Method told me to do that on thursday but, since my muscles were in such pain today. I altered it myself. Hah. Had a pretty fun today, saw my friend Jessica Perico there as I arrived. Practiced some random Taekwondo kicks for about 40 minutes, then I went and chilled with some guys for about 20 minutes and watched them Jiu-Jitsu Wrestle. Dennis says it's only gay if you make eye contact. hahahah. Met some new people today, new friends; good time. I only caught one of their names. Afterwords I went and worked a good run on the eliptical and finished off my workout nicely. A calm and relaxing workout day was just what I needed after being so intense for so long. I found it a exhilerating change of pace. A pace that shouldn't be abused but none the less, once a while you gotta kick back. Sorry about not reporting the computer build, perhaps tomorrow. :]

Day Two. 666 Method.

Alright so today was a tad better. No accidents really. I worked mainly on back today and I could already feel halfway through my workout that there was no way my body was going to have room for any cardio. I don't know what it is with this workout; it's just killer. Anyways I was better than yesterday but still at times struggling to stay focused on my time limit and sometimes zoning out. Other than that I flew through it roughly. Right now I feel soreness; which is kind of unusual to feel it right after a workout for me anymore. Me feeling sore usually tells me that I just beat the living hell out of the muscle; and thats a good thing. So nothing really major to update on; smooth workout today minus the cardio section. Tomorrow i'll go a bit earlier and try to get a jump on it so maybe I can heal up and get a shot of energy to do my cardio properly afterwards. And not become a useless waster knocked out in the Sauna.

Oh I forgot to mention my new PC is built and running brilliantly. There were quite a few hitches as to when I tried to get Vista to run; but after some help from my friend Marc who dedicated a whole day until 4 AM in the morning to help me out. We solved it. Thanks Marc; I appreciate it, whether you're reading this or not. Doubt it Lol. The computer works great now; and it's doing what I built for. To run Crysis at 1920x1080 on Very High with a smooth FPS of at least 30. I am very glad I spent at least 2 months researching the parts I was going to buy; because honestly it paid off big time. I'll update blog sometime this week with the full computer build process and some pictures. Stay tuned!

Never Before. The 666 Method.

Never before. Never before during a workout have I felt that sensation of "Oh Shit, I'm about to break something." Today's workout was intense you could say. It was also a first, for me unable to come back up from the incline benchpress. I had to let the weights go on the sides. Quite embarassing but I had some guys willfully come and save my ass before anything serious could happen. Never the less, this workouts 30 second rest time is definitely a hard obstacle. I was having heavy troubles towards the end of my sets, losing focus so bad that I couldn't even tell what set I was on and I would zone out staring at my watch. I do feel that the workout hit the muscles quite well though. I feel I worked them fairly well. However this workout seemse a bit too advanced for my level as of right now. Not that I'll let that stop me.

The workout demanded that I do 30-40 minutes of running afterwards. After the weight lifting section my body quite clearly told me to fuck off. I practiced a couple kicks in the bag room to spurt off what little energy I had left and went and chilled in the sauna. It felt great and I can feel my chest already throbbing from the workout. Staggering experience. I started doing this workout due to my friend Tae Kim who suggested it, we're both attempting this workout this week and from the looks of how its starting off. It will be a bumpy week for both of us, well more so for me. :P
